Scope: These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of our original artistic designs, including those made with succulents, air plants, driftwood, and other materials.

Acceptance: By purchasing from Krissy's Kreations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information 

Description: All products are handmade and unique. Variations in design, color, and size are expected.
Custom Orders: Custom designs are welcome, subject to feasibility and availability of materials.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are as listed on our website or as provided in a quote for custom orders.
Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before dispatch of products.

 

4. Pickup and Delivery

We currently offer pickup and delivery as the available methods to receive your orders. Please see our pickup and delivery options page.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. However, custom orders cannot be canceled once work the has begun.
Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our orders, we do not offer returns or offer refunds.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Ownership: All designs, including those made with succulents, air plants, driftwood, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Krissy's Kreations. This includes any visual or conceptual aspects of our products.

Use: Purchased products are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, copied, or resold in any form without explicit written permission from Krissy's Kreations.

Prohibition of Idea Appropriation: Customers and visitors are strictly prohibited from replicating or using our designs, or any part of them, for commercial purposes. This includes creating derivative works or similar products based on the ideas or aesthetics of our designs.

Legal Action: Violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Damages: Krissy's Kreations is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Warranty: There is no warranty, express or implied, regarding the longevity of live plants in our designs.

Data Collection: Personal information collected during purchase is used for order processing only.
Confidentiality: Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
