In general, we do not accept changes to orders but if you send us an email to KrissyMartin@SBCGlobal.net within 24 hours of placing your order we will do our best to accommodate you.

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there is a problem with your order we will do our best to make it right. Send us an email to KrissyMartin@SBCGlobal.net with 48 hours of pickup or delivery to let us know of any issues. Include your name, photos of the product and packaging, and your request in the email.

We currently offer pickup and local delivery as the available methods to receive your order. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, and we're happy to serve our customers through these convenient options.
All orders are hand Kreated to order. Production time varies depending on demand and product purchased but ranges from 5-7 business days. If you have a specific request, please send us an email to KrissyMartin@SBCGlobal.net and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
2024 Holiday cut-off times:
Valentine's Day: Orders must be placed no later than February 8th, 12 pm PST
Easter: Orders must be placed no later than March 24th, 12 pm PST
Mother's Day: Orders must be placed no later than May 7th, 12 pm PST
Halloween: Orders must be placed no later than October 25th, 12 pm PST
Thanksgiving: Orders must be place no later than November 20th, 12 pm PST
Christmas: Orders must be placed no later than December 19th, 12 pm PST
